Whether it’s something that’s been handed down from generation to generation or something that you spent your own hard-earned money to acquire, real and personal property are valuable assets that enhance your quality of life. Sometimes, though, your property is damaged or destroyed by other people over whom you have no control. Your automobile may be struck by a drunk driver, or your home or its contents may be damaged by a careless visitor. Ideally, the damaged property will be covered by insurance and your insurer will promptly reimburse you for your loss. But occasionally the damage will be to an uninsured item, or your insurance company will claim that the item is not covered by the policy.
We will do what is necessary to determine who the responsible party is and hold them accountable for their actions. If your insurer is inappropriately withholding benefits, we will make sure that you get the benefits to which you are entitled. If another party is responsible for the damages, we will make sure that they are aware of their liability to you and make sure that they satisfy that liability to the greatest extent possible.
